(Revolutionary War soldier.) (The ancestry of Henry Haggard given here is very different from the one in the 1899 Haggard Genealogy.) Henry Hazelrigg Haggard had person sources.² He paid tax in 1785 in Albemarle Co, Virginia. He lived at French Broad in Jefferson Co., Tennessee, in 1786. He was named an heir in the will of Nathaniel Haggard on 10 July 1800 in Clark Co, Kentucky.³ Henry Hazelrigg Haggard appeared in the census in 1840 in Bibb Co, Alabama.

(Reading through the H-files (H3) files of Clinton Haggard, there is considerable correspondence dealing with Dolly's parentage, which in the 1960s was attributed to "Unknown Randolph". Looking at various trees on Ancestry, no one seems to agree on her parents, if any.)
